Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely! Through a custom design, you can showcase your personality, theme, and style. If you have a unique idea in mind, or just want something completely new, Allison LeAnn Design offers custom creations that are made from scratch with you in mind! The custom-design process gives me the amazing opportunity to get to know you and create something completely suited to your personality.

How far in advance should I contact you about custom work?
I only take on a limited number of custom orders each year so please contact me as soon as possible about your design request.

What is your turnaround time?
It all depends on the time of year (Wedding Season = Crazy Busy!) and how many designs are on my current wait list. I announce this on the Allison LeAnn Design facebook a couple times a month. If you are on a tight deadline, make sure to check out my Etsy shop! Most of the printable items there can be instantly downloaded! This is a super fast way to get a design if you don’t mind taking care of the printing. (You can print/cut them at home or send them to a print shop!)

Will you be offering additional products in the future?
That’s the plan! I’m continually working on new designs and product ideas. Please check back often to see any additions.

How does the order process work?
Once you place your order I will get in touch with you (usually via facebook or e-mail) to confirm the order and collect any additional information we may need from you (wording, pictures, etc.). Once we have everything we require, your template will be designed and you’ll be sent a proof via email. After signing off on the proof, we will send your project to print and you will be notified when it’s ready to ship. The wedding process is much more extensive and will be explained in further detail once you are booked in as a client. Once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid the project manager will send you a Word document to fill out with any wording and design information. We will begin the design and proofing process approximately one month prior to your ship date. Production typically takes about 3 days from final design approval and will ship as soon as everything is ready.

Where do I submit my information?
Click “Design Request” and simply fill out the appropriate form for what you are ordering. Click “submit” when you are finished. I will receive your information and will contact you if any additional details are needed during the design process. I do encourage all clients to get me their info as soon as they can to help speed up the process.

Will I see a proof?
Of course! Once your designs are ready for you to view, you will receive a private link to your proofs. You will need to check (and double check) everything for accurate details, correct spelling, etc. and let me know if any changes need to be made. Once you tell me “It’s perfect, I LOVE it!” I will send the order to print! Most orders ship within 7-10 business days, sometimes sooner. *Also, please note that upon final approval of your custom order and it is sent to print, I cannot accept returns due to any and all errors (such as misspelled words etc.), unless it is an error caused by the printer. By approving your final proof you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown.

What colors can I pick from?
For a complete custom designs from scratch, you can choose your own colors! When you submit your design information, simply include the color names or an image/link of the colors you want and I will do my best to match them up! (This is a great option for Brides to send me the link to their bridemaid dresses and exact color name!)

What are your terms of use?
All custom-designs provided to you are for personal, non-commercial use only. You are welcome to take your final files to local print shops or print them at home for your own use. However, reproducing them in any other format is not allowed. You cannot sell them or profit by their use. By purchasing, you are agreeing to these terms.

What is your return policy?
Customized items are non-refundable unless Allison LeAnn Design has made an error. If this is the case, please contact me at design@AllisonLeAnn.com and I’ll get right on it to make it right!

What is your payment policy?
In order to start a custom design, payment must be received. Once a purchase is made, I will work with you until you are 100% happy with your products. I guarantee unlimited revisions so you are not wasting your money.

What forms of payments do you accept?
Allison LeAnn Design accepts all major credit cards. We only accept checks from businesses and organizations.

Do you offer discounts?  $$$
I love getting discounts, so of course, I love giving them as well! I will randomly announce contests, giveaways, and discounts through the Allison LeAnn Design Facebook fanpage and occasionally on here as well.
